Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing "LitKeep" provided by Loro Universe LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old (or 14 in South Korea). If you are under the legal age of majority, you must have parental consent.

3. User-Generated Content & AI Services

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of your original reviews. However, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content to provide and improve the service.
  • AI Output: Features like "Liti Chat" and "AI Roadmap" are provided "AS IS." The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights. Use of AI suggestions is at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans: LitKeep offers Free, Monthly ($4.99/month), and Annual ($49.99/year) subscription plans. Premium features include unlimited AI feedback, Liti AI discussions, premium reports, growth analytics, and AI book recommendations.
  • Annual Benefits: Annual memberships include AI Mentorship with quarterly reports and custom coaching, up to 5 children, and 2 months free compared to the monthly plan.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Plan Changes: You may switch between Monthly and Annual plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. Your unused balance is applied as credit toward the new plan — no money is lost.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Cancellation: After the 7-day refund window, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.
  • How to Cancel or Refund: Go to Settings > Subscription to cancel or request a refund. You may also contact us at help@lorouniverse.com.
  • U.S. Consumer Rights: This service is provided by Loro Universe LLC, a Wyoming company. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund practices comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act and the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). Automatic renewals are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and you may cancel at any time.
  • International Users: For users in South Korea, cancellation and refund rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce apply. You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase as required by law. Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Wyoming law, Loro Universe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws in South Korea for residents thereof.
